Integrative Mental Health and Consulting LLC was born out of the desire to shed the rigid singular modality of traditional psychotherapy. Human beings are complex in nature and deserve to be viewed with a holistic lens. One size does not fit all! Our integrative approach draws heavily on the use of psychodynamic, somatic, EMDR, mindfulness, faith and spiritual practices. Customization is key to individual healing. That’s why our therapists make sure to use every therapeutic tool they have to create a tailored approach to your mental health and over all well-being.
