Therapy that actually moves things

Six ways we work — each one built around a different need, not a different label.

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all care, and we don't pretend that every problem is the same problem in a different outfit. Below is what we offer and who each is built for. If you're not sure where you fit, book a free consult — we'll figure it out together.

Individual Therapy

Who it's for: Adults dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, perfectionism, burnout, or that nagging sense that something is off and you don't know why.

What's different: We don't spend years on your childhood unless that's what you want. We use practical, body-based tools that work — breathing techniques that can actually stop a panic attack, somatic practices that help you feel safe in your own body, and structured approaches that produce change you can feel.

Somatic EMDR Intensive

Who it's for: People carrying trauma — capital-T or lowercase — that talk therapy hasn't moved. People who don't want to spend a year in weekly sessions before they feel different.

What to expect: A focused, concentrated format that combines EMDR with somatic work to help your nervous system finally release what it's been holding. Most clients complete intensives over a few days rather than months of weekly hours.

Women's Mental Health

Who it's for: Women navigating perinatal mental health, identity shifts after motherhood, career transitions, perimenopause, fertility challenges, or the particular weight of being the one everyone else leans on.

What's different: We name the things that often go unsaid in standard therapy: invisible labor, role overload, and the cost of being everything to everyone. Then we build something different.

Couples Therapy

Who it's for: Couples stuck in the same fight, drifting apart quietly, recovering from a rupture, or trying to grow together through a hard season.

What's different: We help you see the pattern, not just the moment. You'll leave with tools, but more importantly with a clearer view of what's actually happening between you.

Group Sessions

Who it's for: People who learn and heal best alongside others walking a similar road — and who want connection on top of insight.

What to expect: Small, carefully facilitated groups built around specific themes (anxiety, women's circles, professional burnout, etc.). Shared healing, not group lecture.
