Somatic EMDR Intensive

Online or in-person, the Somatic EMDR intensive integrates cognitive, emotional, and body-based interventions in an extended, concentrated time frame. The purpose of the intensive is to identify blocks, increase the felt sense and create new adaptive responses to Complex Trauma, Intergenerational Trauma and Anxiety. If you ever had the desire to jumpstart your healing process, this intensive may be for you!

Group Therapy

Group Therapy is a way for people to process anxiety, trauma and stress in a collaborative setting. Group therapy can be more powerful than individual therapy. It fosters community, creates connection and helps you develop a sense of self amongst others. Our groups consist of 8-12 individuals with shared concerns, looking for support and skills.
