Amanda Draheim, PhD
Dr. Amanda Draheim is a licensed psychologist dedicated to building strong, collaborative relationships with her clients. She believes therapy works best when it is rooted in trust, respect, and open communication. Her approach is client-centered, meaning she works alongside individuals to help them make informed decisions about treatment, adjust approaches as needed, and stay actively engaged in the healing process.
Dr. Draheim has extensive experience helping clients move beyond the impact of sexual trauma, anxiety, and related challenges to build fuller, more meaningful lives. She sees adults ages 18–70 and specializes in treating posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and major depressive disorder. She also supports clients navigating self-esteem concerns, stress, panic attacks, sleep difficulties, sexual dysfunction, dysfunctional eating patterns, and specific phobias.
Her therapeutic style is flexible and evidence-based. She integrates Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Written Exposure Therapy (WET), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), feminist therapy, and multicultural frameworks. Treatment is always individualized—chosen collaboratively with clients to fit their strengths, values, and goals.
Dr. Draheim is deeply committed to creating an inclusive and affirming environment. She is proud to serve clients from diverse backgrounds and identities, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, people of color, single parents, and those living with chronic health conditions. She believes in approaching each client with cultural humility, openness, and genuine respect.
“When I was a student, I learned how psychological distress can make a person’s world feel smaller and smaller. As a teacher and therapist, I’ve discovered that suffering is only part of the story—therapy is also about the courage, flexibility, and creativity it takes to grow. Seeking therapy is not weakness; it is an act of bravery. If you are on the fence about starting, I hope you take the leap and discover the strength you’ve had all along.” — Dr. Amanda Draheim
Amber Williams, LGMFT
I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in couples therapy, relationship issues, and individual therapy. I help clients improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection, whether you’re navigating conflict, infidelity, or feeling disconnected in your relationship.
I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, stress, and life transitions, helping you understand how past experiences and attachment patterns shape your current emotional world. Together, we build self-awareness, coping skills, and healthier relationship patterns.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Bowen Family Systems, and experiential therapy. As a woman of color, I provide culturally responsive, inclusive care where you can feel seen, understood, and supported.
I work with individuals, couples, and families seeking meaningful change, deeper connection, and personal growth.
"Therapy often gets misunderstood as talking to a stranger, but it’s really a professional relationship built for support, understanding, and growth. Together, we work through what feels overwhelming so you can better understand yourself and your relationships and begin to move through life with more clarity and connection."
Jessica Simon
Jessica Simon is a counselor dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel supported, empowered, and free to be themselves. With a background in business management and human resources, Jessica brings strong skills in client relationships, conflict resolution, and culturally sensitive communication into her counseling practice. She has guided individuals through sensitive issues, life transitions, and challenging situations—always reminding them that it’s okay to seek comfort, practice self-care, and move at their own pace.
Jessica approaches therapy with empathy, thoughtfulness, and collaboration. Her style integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while drawing on feminist and eclectic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs. She helps individuals manage overwhelming emotions, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and build confidence and resilience.
Her clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, grief, stress management, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, and women’s mental health. Jessica is especially passionate about supporting women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and midlife changes—helping them find clarity, strength, and renewed purpose in this important season of life.
Jessica believes therapy is a collaborative journey where healing and growth unfold through honesty, compassion, and sometimes even laughter. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they embrace their own resilience and move toward the life they envision.
“Reaching out for counseling isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s a courageous and empowering choice to care for yourself.”
Kassandra Butler, LGPC
Kassandra Butler, LGPC is a relational and culturally responsive therapist who provides a warm, authentic, and collaborative space for clients seeking support through life’s challenges. She works from a holistic lens that considers the whole person—mind, body, relationships, culture, and lived experiences—rather than focusing solely on symptoms or diagnoses. Kassandra believes healing happens when what is felt in the body can be understood and integrated with what is known in the mind.
Grounded in Relational-Cultural Theory and Narrative Therapy, Kassandra prioritizes building a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their healing process. She helps clients explore the stories they hold about themselves, identify strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, and re-author narratives in ways that feel more empowering and aligned with their goals.
Kassandra also integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and somatic awareness techniques to strengthen the mind-body connection, emotional regulation, and embodied healing. Her approach is flexible and tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and readiness for change.
She has experience supporting clients navigating Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), PMDD, and Adjustment Disorders, as well as concerns related to anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, trauma, school issues, peer relationships, coping skills, divorce, infidelity, dual diagnosis, men’s issues, and women’s issues.
Kassandra is committed to creating a therapeutic environment that balances safety, structure, authenticity, and connection—supporting clients in building self-trust, emotional awareness, and meaningful growth at their own pace.
“Where healing brings together what is felt in the body and known in the mind.”
