Do you prescribe medication?
No, we do not prescribe medication. However, we can collaborate with your primary care provider or refer you to a psychiatrist if medication may be beneficial.

What are your fees if I’m paying out of pocket?

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we are in-network with several insurance providers (CareFirst, BlueCross BlueShield, United, Optum, Cigna, Aetna). We also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Please contact us to verify your coverage.
How long is each session?
Sessions typically last 45-55 minutes.
Are sessions in-person or virtual?
We offer both in-person sessions at our Pike & Rose office location and secure teletherapy (online video sessions) for your convenience.

We provide individual therapy, somatic EMDR intensive, couples therapy, group sessions, family therapy and perinatal mental health. Our areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, stress management, life transitions, and more.
